Clarification on Deposit Discounts: I have gotten my first cancellation and deposit refund request on the MM23E. The customer wants his deposit back and 20% on top of that, quoting an ad that stated "delivery in a year or you get 20% cash." To clarify this statement: If you have not received your order within a year of placing it, you will be credited 20% of your original deposit (in most cases $250) toward what you still owe on your order. This does not mean you will make a $250 profit by cancelling your order just because delivery has been delayed by forces beyond my control.
